Flourless Organic Peanut butter cookies

 Saturday, April 16, 2011

If you're like me you enjoy desserts. However, the reality is that desserts are usually filled with stripped, refined & chemicalized sucrose (white sugar) along w/ bleached all-purpose flour & artificial ingredients. Here is a quick & easy, FIVE-ingredient recipe for delicious organic peanut butter cookies.

1 c organic salted or unsalted peanut butter
1/2 c organic cane sugar
1/2 c organic brown sugar
1 organic brown egg
Dash of salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mixed the ingredients until combined together in a medium bowl (in any order). Spoon desired sized scoops of batter onto sprayed cookie sheet & bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!

[This recipe can be altered for an organic or non-organic cookie. Natural, non-certified organic ingredients will suffice. You could use white sugar & white eggs if so desirable. If using non-organic brown sugar, use brown cane sugar, as regular brown sugar is white sugar with molasses added to it.]

***Please note that when using organic or natural peanut butter that the batter will be looser, especially since this is a flourless cookie.***
